If your printer or copier needs service, toner, supplies, or repair, then please contact Marco's Managed Print Services.

You have three options to receive support for Marco's Managed Print and Copier Services:

Option 1) Phone: 1-800-888-2081
Option 2) Email

  • Email: mps@marconet.com (Toner, Supplies Order, Service Questions, & Copier Down) or 
  • copierservice@marconet.com (PaperCut Support - Badges, Releasing Jobs)

This email/phone number is monitored from 7:30am appropriate personnel within Marco.  When emailing regarding a device please include:

  • Serial Number (the sticker labeled on the printer)
  • Make & Model
  • Location
  • Contact Person Name & Number
  • Description of service or supply requested

Option 3) For your added convenience Marco has an Online Service and Supply Portal.

Just go to: www.marconet.com/client-login

From there supplies for non-reporting devices can be order and a service requests can be placed. Customers can also monitor existing calls and view service history. Please see the attached handout Client Portal Instructions for more details on navigating the portal.
