If you have tried to login to your voicemail box with the incorrect PIN after 3 failed attempts, then you will receive the following error message:
"Your account is locked and cannot be opened. Please contact your system administrator."
Please wait 10 minutes for your voicemail box to be re-enabled automatically. Or submit a support request to have your PIN reset.
Note: A permanent lockout is forced after 25 failed attempts and will require a reset a phone administrator. Please submit a support request.
