From Your Poly Phone or the Zoom App:
- Dial *86 (*VM).

Alternatively, on your Poly phone, press the
Home button and select Messages.

Enter Your PIN Code:
- Enter your PIN code followed by #. (Reset PIN - support article)

Record Your Greeting:
- Press 2 to record your voicemail greeting.
- Looking for inspiration? Review the sample voicemail message.
Hi, this is [Your Name] at The Blake School. I’m unable to take your call right now, but your message is important to me. Please leave your name, number, and a brief message, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, typically within [timeframe, e.g., one business day].
