Enabling Zoom's built-in closed captioning and live transcription

Zoom has enabled a built-in closed captioning and live transcription just for EDU accounts. The live transcription would appear as running dialogue in the right panel whereas the closed caption setting is the standard phrase by phrase subtitles at the bottom of the screen.

To enable, update the user's Zoom profile:

• Log into Zoom and select Settings from the left navigation menu.
• Use a COMMAND-F to find the word "closed"
• Toggle Closed Captioning to "on" and check the Live Transcription box.
  
• Inside the Zoom meeting, the teacher needs to enable live transcription and then the student can activate this functionality on their screen.
