- Don't forget to restart your computer before presenting (and close all tabs).
- If you want to use the Blake wallpaper as a background:
- Before booking your webinar, sign into the Zoom portal. In the navigation panel, click Settings. Click the Meeting tab. Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Webinar - Session Branding toggle to enable it.
- After you have scheduled a webinar with Webinar Session Branding, click the Branding tab. In the Webinar Wallpaper section, click the Upload button to add the Blake Wallpaper.

- If you are toggling between a Google slideshow and a video/another Chrome tab during your presentation:
- In Zoom Webinar, select your Desktop when sharing your screen.
- In Chrome, open the Google Slides in one Chrome window and the video in another Chrome window.
- In Google Slides, click Slideshow button to present (full screen)
- Swipe upward with three fingers on the trackpad (or press the F3 key) to open the Mission Control window containing thumbnails of each desktop space and window. Repeat to toggle between presentation and other tabs.
- Who attended your session?
- While you have the Zoom webinar license in your instance, a Reports tab will appear in the navigation panel. Click Webinar. Select Reports Type: Attendee, Select the webinar, then click Generate CSV Report. (Note: You will not have access to Reports when you do not have a Webinar license in your instance.
- Recording of the session.
- In Settings, ensure you have Recording toggled on. We recommend saving to the Cloud.
- After your webinar, sign into the Zoom portal. In the navigation panel, click Recordings to view/share the webinar recording (this will be in your Zoom portal regardless if you have a webinar license or not.
