Equipment ID Number: Loffler Printer IDs for Blake MFP copiers and HP printers
- For orders, add your equipment number prior to adding the part numbers to ensure you are not charged for toner and waste toner boxes.
- For repairs, add support@blakeschool.org to the Loffler support ticket so ISS can partner with Loffler to troubleshoot issues.
You have five options to receive support for Loffler's Managed Print and Copier Services:

This email/phone number is monitored from 8:00 am. When emailing regarding a device, please include:
- Serial Number (e.g., the sticker label on the printer)
- Make & Model
- Location
- Contact Person Name & Number
- Description of service or supply requested

Option 4) Chat. Use the chat window in the bottom right corner of Loffler's Copier & Printer Help Desk web page. Go to: https://www.loffler.com/support/imaging. Note: The chat icon looks like this:

From there supplies for non-reporting devices can be ordered and service requests can be placed. Customers can also monitor existing calls and view service history.
