Export and Backup the Gradebook (Employees Only)

Teachers can export and backup scores from the Gradebook and download them to your computer as a CSV file. You can stored

 Some examples of why you might do so include:

  1. You want to keep a “locked’ back up at the end of the quarter, trimester, or semester for your records. It will provide a snapshot in time.
  2. You want to use the scores in another grading tool such MS Excel or other program that allows you to import CSV files.
