HT575834 - Resetting Academic Password for Business Users Only

If you're a Business user looking to reset their Academic Password, the directions below will help you reset your Academic Password. Your Academic Password is used to login to your Google Account.

  • You do not need to be on campus to reset your Academic password.

Microsoft Online Password Reset is now available for Bus Drivers, Transportation Employees, and Business Domain Users who need to update their credentials for the Blake Academic Domain. This streamlined process allows eligible staff to securely reset their passwords using Microsoft’s self-service reset tool, ensuring quick and hassle-free access to their accounts. Read on for step-by-step instructions on how to reset your password and regain access to your Blake Google Account.

 

1. Navigate to Microsoft Online Password Reset

2. Enter your Blake email address (e.g., username@blakeschool.org)

 

3. Complete the captcha. (Note: It is case sensitive!)

 

4. Select the "Next" button.

5. Click the "Enter your phone number" field.

Enter your 10-digit mobile phone number (e.g., 9525551212).

6. Select the "Text" radial button on the left of the screen.

7. Select the "Text my mobile phone" option. Enter your personal phone number.

8. Enter the verification code that was sent via SMS/Text.

9. Select the "Next" button

10. Create a new password that meets the password policy requirements. Select the "Finish" button.
