Use booklet printing to print the original with a magazine or pamphlet-like finish.
If the original document is already formatted in order (p. 1, 2, 3, 4...):
- From the File/Print menu, select Print using system dialog…
or use the shortcut: ⌥⌘P (option-command-P) - Select Layout/Finish
- In Layout, select Print Type: Booklet (rather than 1-sided or 2-sided)
- In Finish, select Fold & Staple: Center Staple and Fold
- Click the Print button.
Pro tip: Use the Preview app to reorganize the page order, if necessary.
Note: To fold and saddle stitch staple, the tray must be loaded in the landscape format, or use the bypass tray.
Note: Booklet folding and/or saddle stitch printing (like a magazine) is only available on the following printers: ELC E227 Work Room, MS M112 Faculty Room, and US U128 Faculty Room Konica Minolta printers.
